For each referred candidate engagement, the party receives a structured benefit — typically delivered as additional retainer credit, expanded scope, or rolled into renewal pricing. The exact structure is determined with your treasurer to ensure clean compliance with state law and party bylaws.

Once a year, we sit down (in writing or on a call) and review the relationship: what worked, what to refine, what to add. The retainer pricing and scope are revisited at each review. No surprises mid-year.

Referral arrangements between vendors and political committees have campaign finance implications that vary by state. The Allied Program is intentionally structured around a pass-through candidate discount and party-level service credits rather than direct cash referral fees, because the pass-through model is significantly cleaner from a compliance perspective in most jurisdictions.
Before any MOU is signed, we coordinate with your party's treasurer or general counsel to confirm the structure aligns with your state's election laws and your bylaws. If the standard structure needs to be adjusted for your jurisdiction, we adjust it. We don't sign anything that puts your party at compliance risk.
We are not your election attorney. The final responsibility for your party's compliance with campaign finance law rests with you and your retained counsel. Our role is to deliver web infrastructure and to operate within the framework your counsel approves.
We work with Republican, conservative, and independent party organizations. We do not work with Democratic Party committees. Our tooling, partnerships, and focus are aligned accordingly.
The discount is structured as a pass-through: we offer it directly to candidates referred by Allied parties. The party isn't paying us a fee or receiving a kickback — they're recognizing a vendor that happens to offer a discount to candidates they refer. In most states this is a clean structure, but your treasurer or counsel reviews the specific MOU language before signing.
We adjust the MOU structure to fit your state. Common adjustments include eliminating the referral recognition tier (in stricter jurisdictions), structuring benefits as in-kind credits rather than discounts, or formalizing the discount through a separate candidate-facing voucher program. Your counsel drives the structure; we adapt.
Sometimes. If your current platform is sane and structurally sound (WordPress with a maintainable theme, NationBuilder, Webflow), we can build on top of it. If it's a fragile mess from a previous vendor, we'll quote a rebuild — almost always faster and cheaper than untangling someone else's work.
We can structure the engagement so your state party hosts a unified platform with sub-sites for counties and chapters. Each gets its own admin access and editorial workflow. Pricing scales modestly with the number of sub-sites; talk to us for a custom quote.
You own the website outright. Code, hosting, domain, all credentials transferred to you on launch. The retainer is month-to-month after the first year — cancel with 30 days' notice. The MOU has a clean termination clause that doesn't strand you in mid-cycle.
Each Allied party gets a unique discount code. Every candidate engagement that uses that code is tagged in our system to your party. Quarterly reports go to the party showing referral activity, redemptions, and any earned credits. Transparent and auditable.
Nothing. The Allied Program has no minimum referral requirement. The benefits accrue when referrals happen; if they don't, you still have a quality website and a working retainer. No clawbacks, no penalties.
