Identity Separation

Built before you announce. We separate the candidate from the person: campaign email on your domain, a campaign line, handles claimed and hardened everywhere, personal accounts locked down, and a report of what a stranger already finds.

  • $600 flat
  • Any tier, best booked pre-announcement
  • You own every account; vendor fees billed to you at cost

Why these numbers.

How are you this much cheaper than agencies?

Three reasons: no sales team, no account managers, no overhead. The person quoting you is the person building your site. We've also pre-built the components most campaigns need, so we're not reinventing the wheel each time.

Is the Field Manual really included with every tier?

Yes. Every build ships with the Colorado Candidate Field Manual at no additional charge, on all three tiers. If you bought it on its own first, the full $149 comes off your invoice when you book a build within twelve months, so buying it early never costs you anything.

We include it because the work goes better when the candidate understands their own filing calendar and contribution limits. A client who knows the rules asks sharper questions and approves faster.

What is Identity Separation, and do I need it?

It is the work of making sure the campaign is what becomes public and you are not. A campaign email address on your own domain, a campaign phone line, a mailing address that is not your front door, the same handle claimed and locked on every platform with authenticator-app two-factor, your personal accounts tightened in the same session, and a written report of what an opponent finds when they search your name today. It takes one working session and it belongs before your announcement, because most of it is only reversible while you are still a private citizen.

Two things it is not. It is not a legal service: whether any field on your candidacy paperwork can be withheld is a question for the office that holds the record, and if you have a documented history of being threatened or stalked, that is a conversation for that office and a lawyer. And it is not us holding your accounts. Every account is created in your or your committee's name, you hold the credentials, and any vendor fee is billed to you at cost rather than paid by us, because an unreimbursed payment made on a committee's behalf is a reportable in-kind contribution.

What's the catch?

No catch — but real constraints: scope is fixed, timeline is fixed, and we don't take more than 8 simultaneous builds. If you need unlimited revisions or hand-holding, we're not the right fit.

Can I pay in installments?

Yes. Standard terms are 50% to start, 50% on launch. Larger Strategic engagements can be split into thirds. We accept ACH, wire, and (with a 3% surcharge) credit card.

What if my race is bigger than Strategic can handle?

Talk to us. For US Senate, gubernatorial, and presidential primary work, we scope custom engagements. There's no published price because the variance is too wide, but the hourly philosophy and the no-bullshit pricing remain the same.

Do you do nonprofit / advocacy / PAC websites?

Yes. Same tiers, same pricing. PAC and Super PAC builds get the same compliance discipline as candidate committees.

Refunds?

If we've taken your deposit and haven't started architecture, you get it back minus a $200 processing fee. After architecture is approved, deposits are non-refundable but credit toward future work.

// SEPARATE RATE CARD
Voter data and GOTV are priced separately, and posted.
The tiers above cover the build. Data operations run on a posted $100 hourly rate in blocks: Recon $1,200, Turf $2,800, Ballot Chase $3,500, Full Cycle $6,500, Cure Recovery $800. Five chase clients per cycle, one campaign per race.
